These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of visual production services by ShowStory ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Paul Konopski, based in London, United Kingdom. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
ShowStory provides commercial video production, product photography, animation, web development, graphic design, 360° virtual tours, AI content production and related visual production services. The specific deliverables for each project will be agreed in writing before work commences.
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A deposit of 50% is required before production begins, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of the final assets. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of final files until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client receives a licence to use the delivered content for their business purposes. ShowStory retains the right to use the work in our portfolio, website, social media and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Raw footage and project files remain the property of ShowStory unless specifically included in the project agreement.
We will make every effort to meet agreed deadlines. Delivery timelines depend on the scope of the project and client feedback turnaround. Delays caused by late client feedback, approvals or content provision may affect the delivery schedule. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions on the final deliverables. Additional revisions beyond this will be quoted separately. Major changes to the agreed brief after production has begun may incur additional charges.
If a project is cancelled after the deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs after production has begun, charges will apply for all work completed to date.
The client is responsible for providing access to locations, products and personnel as agreed for production days. The client must ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions for any materials, logos or content they provide to us for use in the project.
ShowStory's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
